MOS Expert Excel class will prepare students for success on the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel Expert (365 Apps). Expert workbook examples include custom business templates, multiple-axis financial charts, amortization tables, and inventory schedules. Participants will have the opportunity to take the MOS Excel Expert Exam upon course completion. Vouchers will be provided to participants who complete and earn 70% or higher on all assignments and tests.
The text and other resources will focus on the standards covered on the expert exam which include:
- Manage Workbook Options and Settings (Macros, Referencing Data, Managing multiple versions)
- Manage and Format Data (Flash Fill, RANDARRAY(), Formatting and Validating Data, Advanced Conditional Formatting and Filtering)
- Create Advanced Formulas and Macros (Logical Functions, Nested Functions, Lookup Functions, Advanced Date and Time Functions, Data Analysis, Troubleshooting Formulas)
- Manage Advanced Charts and Tables (Dual Axis Charts, Box&Whisker, Funnel, Histogram, Sunburst and Waterfall Charts, PivotTables, PivotCharts)
